Our new state-of-the-art Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) is coming soon. This cutting-edge pallet-based system will automate machining centres, unlocking unparalleled productivity and versatility in handling a diverse range of workpieces.

Automation enables higher spindle utilisation per machine, ensures constant quality and allows bottleneck resources to be shared. When stand-alone machines run an average of 2,000 out of 8,760 hours annually, machines in an FMS run 6,000 hours on average.

The decision to implement the Flexible Manufacturing System aligns with our commitment to staying at the forefront of precision engineering technology. The system is designed to integrate into our existing infrastructure, promising enhanced efficiency, seamless integration, and reduced lead times.

It helps minimise downtime between machining operations, ensures consistent quality, and allows for better utilisation of manufacturing resources. Installation of the Flexible Manufacturing System is underway and will be fully operational in the coming weeks.
