We are thrilled to announce a momentous milestone in the history of R E Thompson – this year, we are celebrating our 75th birthday!

We have provided customers with machined parts since 1948 and was an early adopter of computerised manufacturing techniques, purchasing our first CNC mill in 1968 to manufacture precision components for aerospace and industrial applications.

Today R E Thompson boasts a diverse range of capabilities, enabling us to serve customers across various industries. We value long-term, collaborative partnerships and many of our customers in the aerospace, defence, automotive and electronics industries have worked with us for over 20 years. Our company has experienced remarkable growth and transformation, embracing both change and emerging technologies.
