KEY TASKS
- Answering incoming calls & emails.
- Supporting the Sales team.
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems.
- Collaborate with the wider internal engineering team.
- Keeping sales records.
- Fill requests directly from customers, including requests for after sales support.
- General administrative duties
- Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional, polite and respectful manner, ensuring all information has been received, and keep them informed of any issues.
- Maintain sales records and compile monthly sales reports.
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ad hoc task from the Managing Director and Head of Sales.
SKILLS
- Experience of working in a customer-support role.
- Good computer literacy skills – Microsoft.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Proactive approach maintaining a high level of productivity of all tasks and functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- A pro-active attitude.
- A natural team player.

- Salary: £23,500- £28,000 per annum (pro rata) — depending on experience.
